A must-visit in Tenerife is the aquatic wonderland, Siam Park. Siam water park has been ranked as the best waterpark in the world by Tripadvisor. Whether you are a thrill-seeker or in the mood for a fun-filled day, this park is the place to be. With its unique attraction, green and flowery landscapes, and Thai-style buildings, you are guaranteed an unforgettable experience.

Prepare yourself for the most intense waterslides where you get an adrenaline rush. Go into the Tower of Power for a real heart-pumping adventure or feel the rush in one of the high-speed waterslides. All the waterslides twist and turn through the park’s green and flowery scenery. Buy your Siam Park tickets in advance

Buy your Siam Park tickets in advance and not at the box office. It will save you a lot of time. The queues at the lockers are already crowded, so you don’t want to double up in a long line.

General adult tickets cost 42 euros per adult off-season and 45 in high season. General child tickets cost 30 euros per child off-season and 32 in high season. Children from 0 to 2 years of age may enter for free. In addition to general tickets, there are other tickets, namely: tickets for Siam Night, tickets with lunch included, premium tickets, VIP tickets, all-inclusive tickets, twin tickets (entrance to two parks, Siam Park and Loro Park), and annual cards. Furthermore, you can also rent Balinese beds.

Make sure you already have your swimwear on

It is helpful to put on your swimwear before entering the park so that all you have to do is take off your clothes and put them in your locker. This way you can enjoy the park sooner because you don’t have to look for changing cubicles.

Take a cab to Siam Park

Free buses run from several places to Siam Park, but these buses are probably packed and will not make it possible to get to the park before the crowds arrive. 

We took a cab to Siam Park. We arrived just after 9:45 am and could go straight into the park. There were already lines in front of the lockers, so we had to wait a while before renting a locker and buying a Siam Park Fast Pass. The park quickly filled after we arrived because the free shuttle buses arrived slightly later than us. These people then stood in super long lines in front of the lockers.

Taking a cab puts you in control. Of course, this does cost money. A taxi from Costa Adeje to Siam Park costs around 10 euros. Taxies are not that expensive in the Canary Islands. Paying for a taxi is well worth it since you can get to the park on time to enjoy all Siam Park offers as soon as possible. 

Be on time in Siam Park

Be on time at the park. The park opens at 10 am, but you can get in earlier. Therefore, I recommend you to be in Siam Park before 10 am. The lines at the lockers are long, so the earlier you get there, the better. It is also helpful to be on time to be able to buy a Fast Pass (next tip).

Buy a Siam Park Fast Pass

Siam Park is a popular water park, so it is crowded. You then do not want to stand in lines for hours and not have done all the slides by the end of the day. It is therefore advisable to buy a Fast Pass for 28 euros. It sounds like a lot of money, but it is well worth it!

For this 28 euros, you get a wristband with ten water slides on it. The lifeguards strip the water slide off the wristband before you go down the slide. You can then enter the ten Siam Park water slides once with a Fast Pass. This method ensures that those without a Fast Pass also get their turn. Of these ten water slides on your Fast Pass wristband, one is a free-choice water slide. Ultimately, after a long day at Siam Park, we went down all the water slides at least once thanks to our Fast Pass.

Don’t bring your GoPro to Siam Park

Bring water shoes or rent them at Siam Park

Gosh, I wish I knew this tip before my visit. My feet hurt so much after a long day of walking barefoot in Siam Park. Especially in the afternoon, the tiles were very hot. In addition, there were sometimes small pebbles on the tiles that hurt my feet. Of course, you can walk in slippers and leave them before going in the water slides, but there will be dozens of slippers next to yours. People can mistake your slippers for their own, or theft can occur. That is why I chose to go barefoot. However, after a long day, I wished I brought my water shoes or rented them in the park. Hence my tip is to bring water shoes or to rent them. You can rent them for about €10 a pair.
